Willow Oozing Alcohol-Smelling Froth

I have a Williow in my Yard . It has Pink /white froth comming out of the trunk that has a smell of wiskey to it . I had some last year , but much more this year. Froth has some "sawdust' in it . Can it be a boarer or something else? there isn't any external signs of a Willow Boarer , just this strange froth.
