Sycamore anthracnose

I have a large Sycamore tree in my front yard, and I believe it suffers from anthracnose. The leaves that aren't falling off the tree are wilted and brown. I just moved into this house last summer, so I don't know if the tree had this problem last year. The entire crown seems affected. Is there anything I can do to help the tree?
