Staking and Guying Newer Oak Tree

I planted two oak trees 3 years ago. One in front of our home and the other in our back yard. My oak tree in the front has become very rubbery like. Without support it will bend down to the ground. What could be wrong? My tree in the back yard stand tall and straight on its own. I have watered both about the same. They both have sprouted alot of new leaves and look healthy except for the one in front that can not stand straight at all without support.

Greetings Belinda:

Appears you may need to guy and stake the tree in the front yard. Insufficient root growth, top heavy, planted improperly, saturated soils, etc. could all be reasons for the "rubbery" appearance.
