Even though pin oaks tend to have more more defects (knots) and less clear lumber, there still is potential utilization value for lumber. However, I wouldn't expect anyone to pay you for the removal and utilization of this tree.
If you are able to take down the tree yourself (not advised unless your are adept in chainsaw use and safety), then you "might" be able to sell a merchantable log or two from this tree (you didn't mention the merchantable log length). If there isn't a merchantable log, then you're pretty much left with firewood.
