is there any market for 7 - 10 year old black walnut trees? some are Purdue #1 seedlings, some are Purdue grafts and some are natural

Greetings Herman:

There are very few markets for such young and generally small black walnut trees -- they tend to have a lot of sapwood, which has traditionally been a defect in the hardwood market.

However, you may be able to find a custom wood worker who may be able to utilize wood from these trees. I would contact your local state forestry agency for more local marketing expertise.
