My horse chestnut tree is experiencing hawthorne fungus. I would like to treat the fungus and would appreciate what would be the best treatment for this fungus. The tree has experienced this fungus the last three years.

I tend to shy away from giving pesticide recommendations without knowing more information and without seeing/evaluating the affected tree.
Therefore, I strongly suggest you contact a local certified arborist for an on-site assessment and evaluation of the affected tree.
