Is there a list available of places that buy black walnut, nuts. I am interested in both wholesale buyers and folks who purchase walnuts from the public.

I have two walnut trees that are producing nuts for the first time. I have no idea of how to harvest the nuts. Do I pick them off the trees or let them fall first? Do we peel the covering off immediately? Any help you can give will be appreciated. Thanks.
