USDA Conservation Reserve Program: CP5A

I'm curious if you have heard of the conservation program called CP5A here in Illinois specifically for windbreaks/privacy ect. Do you know any specifics regarding the program including what kind of trees a person can choose or have recommended to plant ? Also is there a cost share portion of such a program? thanks chad in Tazewell county, IL
