Norway Spruce Mortality

what would cause the death of a norway spruce over just 2 weeks. It's next to 4 other norway spruce. It looked green and healthy just like the rest and now it's completely dropped it's needles and is all dryed out and brown. The other trees seem to be fine.

Greetings Vicki: Please contact your local Missouri Extension office or a local certified arborist for an on-site assessment and evaluation of this tree. Unfortunately, I cannot diagnose the decline of your Norway spruce tree via this online forum due to the fact that nine times out of ten an on-site assessment is required. Best of luck!
