Hello,

I am a homeowner in a subdivision in which our HOA wants to cut most if not all willow trees, 25 is the number we have been told. I happen to own 1 of these trees on an easement which is about 17 years old. The HOA has informed us that they are dirty trees and that due to the continued cost and maintenance of the ponds that these trees are located on they are to come down. I am looking to see if there is anyone that would be a impartial party to confirm that my tree is not dead nor diseased and to offer any additional professional willow tree information. Thank you for your time.
