Selling Black Walnut Tree (OH)

I would like to know if ther is anyone close to Swanton, Ohio that buys black walnut. The tree now stands about 20 to 30 feet tall(thats just the trunk). It stands between 2 properties.We would like it taken down by a reputable comany.It is a old tree and the grain is real tight.A fly by night guy tried to take my neighbor for a ride as you say. He left her and us a mess to clean up. Please let us know of a company that would not cheat us.
