how to distinguish the white Oak logs grade 4 SC, 3 SC, and 2 SC?

Excellent question -- simple answer.

4SC logs have "four sides clear" which means there are no external defects along the longitudinal length of the log's surface.

3SC logs have "three sides clear" which means three out of the four log faces are absent of external defects.

2SC logs have "two sides clear" which means two out of the four log faces are absent of external defects.

Could you please give an example in (image / case). Since I wanted to compare the grade of Suppliers to the grade of my company. I apologize, when asking questions.

The easiest way to compare log grades is to see what everyone else is doing, and one of the easiest ways to do that is to simply conduct a Google Image Search: 4SC White Oak Logs
