i answered a local craigslist ad that said walnut is getting $16/ bd ft. He wants to look at my timber. Is $16 a possibilty? thanks

Hi Jim: Sorry, but this sounds way too good to be true! Unfortunately, too many Craigslist ads have become synonymous with scams and this certainly sounds like one. I would be interested in this individual's name so that his reputation could be vetted by the forestry community in order to protect you and your forest resource investment!
