Where to go to learn edible plants

I have had an interest in learning about wild plants and trees that are edible. I've just moved to Illinois and would like to know if anyone provides hands on instruction or gives classes on edible wild plants in my area. Any information you could provide me would be great or if you could point me in the right direction. Thank you.
