Removing Black Walnut Yard Tree (NJ)

I have a sizeable black walnut tree in back yard, it's straight and tall with 38" diameter. Is that worth any value? How can I find someone to buy and remove it. Also my next door neighbor has 2 black walnut tree need to remove at same time. they are a little bit samller than my tree. Many thanks.....
