I am curious about what a typical Forest Management Plan pursuant to 525 ILCS 15/5 entails. Specifically, how do Forest Management Plans usually impact mineral interests? Also, is it likely that the presence of a Dept. of Revenue approved Forest Mgt. Plan could possibly affect the owner's ability to lease or develop the property in general?

If you could let me know where I can find an example of your typical Forest Mgt. Plan template, I would greatly appreciate it.
