Pruning E. White Pine Tree

I have an eastern white pine that is now about 20ft tall. It was planted about 6 years ago and then was about 8 or10 ft tall. It seems healthy but it is fuller toward the middle and top and vert narrowly branched at the bottom. It looks like and upside down Christmas tree!
