How Much is My Red Oak Tree Worth (MO)

I have a huge (I'm guessing red) oak tree in my backyard. This thing is healthy, measures 150" round. with the first little knot showing up at 24-25 feet high, then clear for the next 4-5 feet beyond that. Branches have been cut off over the years, only the top remain about 70-80'+ high. Straight tree, not many branches, room to drop it, easy to load out; How much is this tree worth?

Hi Kevin:

We don't value trees via this forum, nor does anyone else, due to the simple fact that "grade/quality" must be assessed on-site and in-person. Since grade is essential to establishing value, we simply cannot determine how much a given tree is worth, especially yard trees.

Please contact a local forester or portable sawmill owner in your area for an on-site assessment of the tree:

Best of luck!
