Well, honeylocust (Gleditsia triacanthos) is not listed on the herbicide's label. However, that does not mean Spike 80DF is ineffective in controlling honeylocust.

Either way, this is an easy question to answer -- simply contact the manufacturer: Dow AgroSciences LLC.
