Trees are Sick...Help!

Hi, I have a large maple tree that has light brown spots and the leaves are turning pale green on my property. I also have a willow tree that is five years old that spontaneously died this year. Also, a two-year-old white birch tree that looks sick also. Do you know if there is a disease that would affect all of these types of trees? Thank you.
