Appraisal of Pine Trees (MN)

we have 45 + pine trees that the county wants to remove to put in a new cty road. we think they are worth more than the $200 they have offered. they have had a residential appraiser do the appraisal and we are satisfied with the price of land but not the trees. we were going to hire an arborist but the county says we need a residential appraiser. do you know what the trees would be worth or where we could fine a appraiser?

Greetings Gary: Appraisals can only be made on-site and in-person. Therefore, you will need to speak w/ an independent appraiser or certified arborist adept in this area.
