Marketing Oak Trees (OH)

Hi, I have several large oak trees on my land I am interested in getting apprised, and possibility timbered if the value is high enough. I am unsure of the type of oak I assume white oak. The largest is 30 ft or more of straight trunk befor it branches out or curves with a very large base. I am uneducated on trees and their values and am looking for advice on how to proceed.
