Unfortunately, I am not aware of any register or records for largest oak leaves. Ironically, some of the largest oak leaves I have ever seen were affixed to young saplings growing near the edge of a forest.
Furthermore, "shade" leaves (i.e., those leaves receiving minimal direct sunlight) tend to be larger than "sun" leaves, i.e., those leaves receiving direct sunlight.
