Help! I have called nurseries all over southern illinois, and no one has bur oaks. I would like to find one that originiated from this area, and plant it in my yard. Do you know where I could find one?

I recommend contacting your local DNR forester and ask him to provide you with a list of local tree nurseries that may be able to satisfy your bur oak request. Furthermore, you local DNR forester may be able to procure some state nursery stock for your needs - though it may be too late by now.
