Choke Cherries Losing Leaves

I have approx 24 choke cherry trees that have started losing their leaves. All the trees are in different stages from completely bare to losing their leaves now to leaves starting to turn yellow. Almost seems as if its fall already. I have seen no evidence of bark damage or any sign of insects. Can you give me any clue to what's happening. Thank You

Unfortunately, I am at a loss as far as a diagnosis (I assume it is fungal). However, it may behoove you to submit some foliar and branch specimens to the University of Illinois Plant Clinic
