What would i need to harvest small amounts of various species of wood from public lands? Also would you supply the seed so i can replace trees with your selections for a given area?

Hi Thomas: Obviously, you would need to receive written permission, which of course you will likely NOT receive! Some public lands allow cutting of trees for firewood, but this seems to be fairly uncommon in Illinois. You'll need to move on to Option 2...
