We have a walnut tree It is 20 ft from the ground to the first branch. 32 inches in diameter. What is the trunk worth if we take the tree down?

Hi Dave: Unfortunately, I do not appraise or estimate tree/timber values via this venue. Therefore, I would strongly encourage you to reach out to your local state forestry office or Cooperative Extension Forestry office for assistance with marketing urban or yard trees. Your best bet, in all likelihood, will be to contact a custom sawmill operator or custom woodworker specializing in hardwood lumber and table-top slabs.
