I have property in Newton County North west Arkansas The property is steep and rocky I would like to plant some black walnut trees for my grandchildren Will this property be suitable for this ?

Hi Jeff: Unfortunately, steep and rocky ground is not ideal for optimum eastern black walnut growth and development. Instead, I would encourage you to confer with a local Arkansas state forester to determine the best mix of species for this site/location. Best of luck!
