Hello Tom, To get a estimate of land value, you would need to ask either a tax assessor that works in the area, or a real estate specialist. If you are looking to value the standing timber, you would need to have a forester come and at a minimum look over the amount and quality of timber. A full timber appraisal would be more accurate.
