i have aerated in the past. i recently saw advertised a liquid product that aerates, dethatches, and conditions. see attached link. do you know if this is an effective product?

Dear Rich: I have no knowledge about the effectiveness of this product. If you are willing to try it on a small portion of your yard along side the traditional aeration, you cold compare for yourself. It looks like the quart size will easily do a typcial yard, even the repeated applications as suggested. A lot of times it is not so much the product used, as it is the extra effort we put into the yard (based on the products instructions) that makes a difference in performance(ie. diet pills work better if we excerise and watch what we eat).
