My 10 tuber rose plants bloomed beautifully and fragrantly three years ago. Last year only 4 of 10 flowered. I split the tubers at the end of season, dusted them and kept them in the cool but not cold cellar. This year I have about 40-50 healthy looking plants growing with only one flowering, and a poor example at that. Any reason for this? What should I do - especially since these are my wife and my favorite aromatic bloomer! Thanks, Norm
