Hello David, Your Iris tubers will be happier in the ground than being stored till spring, even though it is November. The tubers will most likely still get a chance to put out some roots. The tubers will need moisture as well and they can easily get what they need from the soil. If stored they will need to be in a cool/cold location to approximate winter temperatures. You will also need to monitor mositure levels, keeping them hydrated, yet not too wet or they will rot. Either way, use only the best tubers you have for the best growth and bloom.
