My eggplant is a bronze color instead of the usual purple. The ones I harvested earlier were the correct color. Can you tell me what is causing this & if it's still ok to eat it. Thank You

Your Eggplant is perfectly ok to eat. Changes in weather conditions, cool, cloudy vs. warm and sunny can impact the color of your eggplant. Plants that are not getting the right nutrition from the soil can also have fruits that may not be the same color as before.
