I have a large rambler in my front yard. It grows on the North Side of my house up to my porch roof, back down and over hedges into front lawn. Buds are white/cream, flowers are double white/cream....yellow center well formed growing in clusters with some single. Every once in awhile a flower will have a pink streak. The rambler is completely thornless and has 7 leaves instead of 5. I live in zone 7 (Rochester NY) and it is in full bloom on June 8th every year like clockwork. It blooms once a yr but sometimes it will throw a few flowers for me into autum. It was full grown when my house was bought in 1977 by my parents. Flowers grow on old wood and the new canes are light green and very pliable...I have found that if I move a new can under some old ones it will naturally bend and curve in "S" shapes to find the sun. I find in my research that the flowers themselves look very much like the following roses: Iceberg climber...Dundee rambler and Queen of Belgian Ayrshire rambler...from all the roses I have looked at, I'm pretty sure it has to be one of these three??
