When can I trim back my azalea bushes. Is it possible to relocate? I've been told they may not do as well if I relocate to a shadier location.

Late summer or fall pruning will remove the bloom for 2015. transplanting should only be done I the early spring to ensure the plant has the entire season to recover before the first winter. If they are blooming well now, moving them to a lower light environment will reduce both quality and quantity of blooms.
