We have a small flowering tree that has berries on it. It has some gray green disease on it. It flowers white and pink in the spring. Now it has berries but the part that has the disease the leaves kind of die. Am I able to fix this tree?

I can only guess this may be a flowering crabapple. the grey/green blotches may be lichen moss which will live on the branches, but is harmless. There is a more local Extension Office to you located at One Prairie Office Center, Suite 208 4749 Lincoln Mall Drive Matteson, IL 60443 Phone: 708-679-6889 FAX: 708-679-6855 Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am to 4 pm

I believe they are on the East end/side of the building.

You should confirm the plant identification with them and any needed plant management strategies.
