Someone gave my sister seeds for an old blue rose. What do we do to make them grow? Thanks!

Rose seeds require a cold treatment of at least 6 weeks to remove the dormancy requirement. This can be done a refrigerator if kept between 35 and 40 degrees. Placing the seeds in damp peat moss in a flower pot in an unheated garage will also work. Plant the seeds when the chance of frost is gone and the soils are beginning to warm.

I have (3) 1-2 inch tall seedlings sprouted from peat moss. I put them in my click and grow but am wondering if / when I need to feed them.?
