the skin of sweet potatoes harvested this fall are becoming wrinkled. smaller ones worse than the larger but all are becoming wrinkled. first year we have had the problem. Why???

The roots tend to shrivel is the storage temperatures are too high. They store best at about 55 to 60 degrees. You didn't indicate where you are storing them, so you may need to see if these conditions are being met.
