Will a Green Giant Arborvitae do well if planted on a slope? Will Steeplechase Arborvitaes do well in Central Virginia region? Thank you, Tammy

Plants will quickly adapt to growing on a slope. The root system will grow both uphill and down hill and side to side. Literature suggests a hardiness zone rating for Steeplechase of 4-8, so you should be fine. For a more localized response, contact your county extension service to be sure.
