Hi, one of our blue spruces has these small pine cone/cacoon looking things hanging from it and its turning brown, and our arborite is also turning brown in inside, branches breaking off! What is going on?? Had both for 7 years now & both were doing GREAT!

You are likely seeing "spruce cones", which would naturally be created by the evergreen as it begins to flower. As the cones mature, they will turn brown. All needle evergreens will lose a set of interior needles each year as new ones are created. Any additional environmental stresses may cause more to turn brown. You should contact your local county extension office for a more local response as well.
