I have 4 Calandiva plants, 2 of which I put in a sunnier location and these two have become tall and leggy with tiny leaves. Wanted to ask you before I do anything further as to what I should do? Prune? Repot?

Thanks for any advice!

You can cut them back to roughly 1/2. This will force them to branch out and be more compact. They shouldn't necessarily need repotting unless they are really rootbound, and even so, spring is usually the time to do that when they are more actively growing.
