Not familiar of a bulb with that name, but if you mean Weigela, softwood cuttings are taken in June through July. Dip cut end in rooting hormone and stick the cuttings in a well-drained medium. Cover the container with polyethylene to create a humid environment. Cuttings should root in 3 to 5 weeks.
