Emerald green is dying?

Hi I recently buried emerald greens and have noticed that they are no longer as green since I've bought them. Some are turning brown at the very top. There is one where I think may be dead because everything is just crispy. Literally once your squeeze the bra he's the leaves just flake off. (Do you think there is a way to recover that) I deep soak the trees every other night for a few minutes as directed with the instruction that came with the plant. It's been pretty hot lately usually in the 80 to 90's. Any advice would be appreciated thank you

Plants as brown as you note are very likely dead. Watering practices play a big role in how well a plant recovers. Roots need air in the soil and if overly wet will displace the air. This will have the same impact as a soil too dry, the plant cannot move water up into the branches even though the soil holds moisture. If there is a warranty involved, be sure you let the retailer know your plants are not in good health.
