I planted on outside and now it is about 30 feet tall. I love it at night when it blooms, but it only last one night. I would like to know if the flower is poison to my dogs. How do I repot the seeds for more plants. A seed got in my fern, and now its tall with the leaves at the top, how do I transplant into the soil. I am in Palm Coast , Fl. Very humid and alto of sandy soil. Use horse manure, peat moss, compost and really good potting soil.

China Doll is not known to be a poisonous plant. As for the seedling growing in the fern, it would need to be extracted to transplant it. However, doing so will probably damage the root system if it is pulled out. If the fern is a type that can be divided, it could be split and have the seedling removed. Seeds can be started by putting them in a loose potting mixture in a container. Cover lightly with soil, keep moist.
