Our 1.5 year old dwarf burning bush was growing great. A few weeks ago, the leaves on the ends of each branch started to curl and wither. I looked under the dead leaves and it has some bug eggs or mold on it. Any ideas

The tips may have been damaged from insects feeding. By removing plant juices intended for the leaves, the leaves could shrivel and decline. Clip off the damaged branches just below the browned area and monitor closely for another outbreak of insects.
