i have 7 Arborvitae planted last year in september. i water them regularly in the summer everyday a little water to all 7 to keep soil moist covered with mulch on top. From last 3 weeks i observe all 7 trees leaves are turning brown inside and losing the look of being thick and round. can anyone suggest me what kind of food do i need to make the tree strong again and stop from turning brown.

All needle evergreens will lose some interior needles as new growth forms each year. Check to be sure with the mulch applied and watered daily that the soil is not saturated. this would cause more than the normal amount of needles to fall. Plan on feeding with an evergreen fertlizer next spring.
