So when trimming cause mine is dropping it's leaves do you just trim the stems that the leaves are falling off of or all of them. I'm confused please help me!

China Doll is very sensitive to being moved and worked on. It is not uncommon for the majority of leaves to fall when moved. . Suggest you wait and see which branches re-leaf before doing any pruning. Be sure you do not over water the plant in this state.
