I just came to work and see that someone backed into one of our arborvita. It is half uprooted can it be saved?

If you can carefully return the plant to its upright position and stake it or guy it in place there is a chance of recover. Water the plant in well to get soil back around he upturned roots. The other roots have been bent and potentially damaged as well. Younger plants will recover easier than older plants. You may also want to limit any growth this year to allow the root system have a chance to recover with less stress.
