We planted 20 Ererald Green Arborvitae approximately 8 years ago. Now that they have grown to a great height, they are turning brown at the bottom of the branches & it's working its way up every one of them.

it is not necessarily a disease as it is occurring on all of them all at once. All evergreens begin to shed needles from the inside out and depending on the level of sunlight reaching the lowest limbs, these may die away naturally. Be sure you feed them and water well prior to any expected dry periods and during those droughts. Consider contacting University Extension out of Madison for a more local and focused response.
