Deep red/brown pencil point size spots beginning on several apple tree leaves. Only spray application so far is dirmant oil prior to blossom pink tip. Can you help me identify disease and correct chemical spray to use? I have photos of it will help identify

The two common apple leaf diseases are Cedar Apple Rust and Apple Scab. Both infect very young leaf tissue at bud break and quickly after. Apple scab appears first as olive grey/green shading on the leaf, so I suspect this is Cedar Apple Rust. Fungicide sprays to the foliage and fruit will keep the disease from impacting the tree more for this year. Plan on getting those early sprays on next year.
